Who we are
Builders of operational software
Operance Labs is a founder-led company in Surat, India. We build the systems businesses run on: AI that works inside real workflows, automation that removes manual handoffs, and custom software that replaces the spreadsheets and disconnected tools teams outgrow.
We are not a generic agency and not low-cost outsourcing. We take on fewer projects, work as a long-term technology partner, and hold every system to the standard of software we would run ourselves. So far that has meant 13 shipped systems, documented in our case studies.

Dhruvit leads AI architecture, product direction and solution design at Operance Labs. He starts from how a client's operation actually runs, then designs the system that fits it: agentic AI platforms, multi-model pipelines and the backends that keep long-running AI work reliable.

Harshil Lakhani
Harshil leads software engineering, infrastructure and backend development at Operance Labs. He builds the full-stack systems that turn manual operations into software teams use every day: SaaS products, internal tools, AI workflows and the integrations between them.
